God's Heart - Part 3

“The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.”

2 Corinthians 13:14

Here is the third point that has helped us have deeper understanding into God’s heart,

He chose to live in us here on earth and has prepared a place to live together forever in heaven. “My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.” (Jn. 14:2-3)

While we live this short life on earth, God made his home in us, came as close as he possibly could and told us to remain in him so that our joy could be full. Every moment is to be filled with an intentional intimate relationship in his presence. After this life is over and this earthly body is gone, he will give us a heavenly body that will remain forever. We will live with him face to face in perfection. This is his hearts desire and why he did everything he did!

Are we looking forward to heaven and fellowshipping in his presence forever? Certainly we are. Let us be diligent and intentional to enjoy fellowship and communion with him in every moment while we shine his light here on earth!
